The hotel was fairly clean and staff were genuinely helpful and really helpful, everything was perfect. The rooms were huge and perfectly clean with nice views. Location: the venue was close enough to nearest restaurant, museums and shops and restaurants. And it's not too far away from Romaria de Baco, ate there once or twice.

Staying in this beautiful family-run house was like coming home and was definitel the highlight of my trip. Set in serene surrounds in a light and airy room with to die for views this place was heaven. The breakfasts were amazing and I even got some great travel advice.
Having to hike up and down the steep incline and dodge oncoming cars.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful grounds and valley view from our room at Casa Miradouro. The spaciousness of the room added to our comfort, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Despite the minor inconvenience of a steep 10-minute walk to town, the peaceful location made up for it. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The building is beautiful and very cozy, the view is great and the staff is friendly, and it's a short walk away from the historical center of Sintra and Quinta da Regaleira.
We stayed in a room on the top floor and the wind was very loud, it appeared the window to the balcony didn't close properly. The heating wasn't working although it wasn't strictly needed. The floor was old and made cranky sounds.

The room was large and comfortable, the location ideal for our purposes. Excellent breakfast. The house itself and the decor is stunning. Superb views from all rooms.
The is no parking on site, you have to take your chances in the very narrow surrounding streets. For elderly, infirm or disabled, you have to carry your cases up at least two flights of stairs as there is no lift.

Great welcome. Very comfortable, glorious view. Beautifully restored old house with excellent facilities.
A steep climb up the hill to the town for restaurants might discourage some guests.

the view was amazing from our room. It was very clean and very pretty. The breakfast was very good. Beautiful and comfortable bed. The woman that attended to the property was very nice and helpful. Honor bar was very convienient.
just know that there are no telephones or televisions in any of the rooms and I believe that only one has a bathtub and is not the room with the best view. Sound proofing is not very good.

Friendly staff who were super helpful! Loved that this place is right in the center, making it easy to get around. Plus, there’s a cool spot called Romaria de Baco nearby for a quick visit 🍷.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, situated outside of the busy tourist area of Sintra, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The basic amenities are well-maintained, and the variety of rooms, including those with fireplaces and fantastic views, cater to different preferences. The "Honor" bar adds a nice touch, allowing guests to enjoy a drink at their convenience. The breakfast, served with a beautiful view over the countryside and castle, is a highlight, especially the freshly pressed orange juice.
All was okay.

The cleanliness of the rooms and bedlinen, the friendliness of Zizou and the Belgian owner, (sorry can't remember his name) who couldn't do enough for you. Very relaxing.
Coffee was on tap all the time, it would have been nice to have had English tea on tap with milk.
